The IBM Finance and Operations organization is a values driven team responsible for driving enterprise performance and IBM’s transformation to a Cognitive Enterprise. We are currently seeking to fill co-op positions in IBM Financial Planning, Accounting, and Tax. The co-op program is a full-time role for six months starting in June 2021.You will be immersed in the operations of your assigned area, exposed to many aspects of the business and many of the basic functions of the company. Over your six months at IBM, you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of the business and what makes it work. Specific roles and responsibilities will vary with the individual positions; however, you will be expected to analyze and interpret complex data while working on financial analysis & reporting.

Office locations for the Co-op Program are Armonk, NY for Financial Planning and Accounting; and Southbury, CT for Tax.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership experience
