We are looking to hire for the Adobe’s FP&A team! This Financial Analyst will have an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior level finance leaders and partner closely with business leaders throughout all aspects of financial planning and reporting and additionally be a key contributor on various projects and initiatives. Deliverables range from developing forecasting/analytic models, performance metric analyses, driving scalable reporting and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for management.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

  • Prepare financial information for Weekly, Quarterly and Annual forecasts and provide analysis substantiated by key drivers
  • Provide ongoing business performance assessment and drive necessary business redirection, when appropriate
  • Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity
  • Use information and analysis to influence decision making
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Drive continual operational improvement using best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business
  • Engage with other Finance and Strategy teams to understand key drivers or differences in business models
  • Partner with key business stakeholders, collaborating and contributing to achieve shared goals
  • Address new requests: understand the core question being asked, capture needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present results in a compelling manner

Qualifications / Experience

  • Must be pursuing your MBA degree, focus in finance and/or accounting preferred
  • 2-3 years of Finance or related experience
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way
  • Desire to figure out complex problems and think about how to make processes more efficient
  • Strong partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others
  • A phenomenal teammate who can work closely with peers across in FP&A
  • Ability to balance several tasks under tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in efficiently designing and maintaining complex models
  • Strong systems skills: Tableau, Anaplan, SAP, TM1, experience would be desired
  • Experience in software industry and understanding of related finance and accounting issues would be a plus
