Position Summary

As a member of the Robotics Application team, the Software Engineer Intern will participate in Brain’s development of intelligent, autonomous navigation systems for use in everyday machines. The position is located at Brain’s San Diego Headquarters with a US remote option.

Anticipated Project Areas & Learning Opportunities

    • New visualizations and tooling development
    • Robot simulation infrastructure development
    • Contribute to core infrastructure development
    • Assist with new robot applications
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

We Are Seeking Someone That

    • Is studying computer science, computer engineering, robotics, or electrical engineering
    • Experience in Python and/or C++ in a Linux Environment
    • Available for the period of 3 months, approximately (June – August 2021)
    • Additional qualifications here and below
    • Has enthusiasm for the robotics industry and eagerness to work on new & challenging technologies and projects
