Defines and designs Order Operations processes by improving day-to-day execution of processes; collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve complex, short- and long-term problems and ensure the needs of the customer and business are met through process execution; providing external partners with operational information, requirements, and performance measurements; and communicating with external partners to ensure compliance with .com operational requirements.
Designs and performs multi-variable analysis of order flow exceptions by evaluating data and generating results using Excel, SQL, and Python; identifying and analyzing underlying patterns and root causes of problems; proposing and supporting the implementation of solutions to address problems; directing and supervising cross-functional resolution efforts; driving and ensuring the timely resolution of problems to external partners; and escalating complex issues to manager.
Drives change in the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by determining project, business, and functional requirements; leveraging subject matter expertise to increase sales, reduce expenses, and improve customer experience; developing solutions for strategic, cross-functional problems/issues that must be solved to scale the business and offer a compelling customer experience with new or existing tools; and partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Merchandising, and other groups.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in eCommerce, retail operations, or related field.
1 year’s experience in SQL, Python, or Looker.
