The People Performance team is seeking an analytically driven candidate to focus on continuous improvements in designing and building out our suite of performance tools to focus on lifting performance in our Customer Engagement Centers and partner with Field teams to deliver insights and recommendations to support performance and coaching.

This role will work with Field teams and across the Reservations & Customer Care division to help scope and define priorities for end-to-end dashboard enhancements, contribute to dashboard development strategy to drive performance insights and support coaching and support any required change management activities.

Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks)

  • Responsible for design, development, and maintenance of dashboard performance tools as well as data integrity across our tables, dashboards, and reports
  • Contributes to strategic projects for end-to-end performance dashboard enhancements
  • Ensures data integrity and consistency across dashboards and reports
  • Focuses on experience improvement for our people and our customers
  • Establishes & maintains effective relationships and feedback loops with all stakeholders
  • Works across teams and cross-divisionally to partner on strategic projects
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
  • 12 – 18 months of relevant work experience in analytics
  • Experience with data management and governance
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing Alteryx workflows, Tableau dashboard development, SQL, Teradata
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or similar software products
  • Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate data visualizations into digestible and actionable insights
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-directs work with an ability to manage multiple priorities user aggressive deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and oral communications
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in analytics, business, technology, engineering or related field
  • Master’s degree Preferred
