KTBYTE is hiring a full-time bilingual (English + Mandarin) business/graduate summer intern for the US headquarters in Lexington, MA. KTBYTE ( https://www.ktbyte.com) provides online live computer programming classes to kids, and the start-up is lead by young professionals with backgrounds in computer science and education from Cornell, MIT, and Harvard. Programming experience is not required, but would be helpful. The responsibilities of the job will include market research, customer focus studies, interaction design studies, operations workflow review, and also PPC/CPC/SEO content design. The successful candidate will work alongside the director of operations as well as the director of design. Candidates will be expected to interact with a growing customer base in a very fast-paced environment. Close to completion of U.S. bachelors or graduate degree in business, marketing, or related field highly preferred. Business level fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred. Pay is salaried, in the range of $2500 – $4500 / month, depending on the candidate
