The Challenge

 

The Adobe Students campaign team is seeking a curious marketer who can inspire big, creative ideas and establish relationships across Adobe in order to drive sales and preference for Creative Cloud Student Teacher Edition (STE). This role requires a passion for combining creativity with analytics to drive material results and a desire to challenge the status quo with interpersonal influence so that we can bring never-before-seen campaigns to life.

Execute global marketing plans that increase awareness, drive demand, engage students in product use and positively impact brand perception.

Collaborate with the Product Marketing, cross-functional (Social, Search, Display, Email/Engagement, Creative Studio teams), and regional marketing teams to deliver effective marketing communications to meet the business objectives.

Adhere to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

Assist in development of quarterly plans, creative briefs, campaign creative, and editorial calendar for all marketing programs, including social, advertising, and on-campus programs. Includes defining content requirements, managing cross-functional team check-ins, and tracking insights and optimization.

Develop and deploy campaigns that span STE marketing programs. Responsible for briefing creative resources and overseeing timely delivery of all content & assets.

Ensure visual and messaging consistency across programs, audiences, and regions. Requires close alignment with regional marketing teams to adapt content to local markets.
