The Opportunity

As a MBA Intern on the Document Cloud Marketing team, you will uncover new insights on the digital document category that will help drive our marketing strategy for Adobe Acrobat and communicate those insights and implications to Document Cloud leaders, helping to translate them into marketing strategies. In addition, you’ll partner cross-functionally to on central initiatives for Acrobat including trial strategies, and promotions and pricing.

As marketer, you have deep customer empathy for the small businesses and consumers, are data driven, and understand marketing frameworks, channels and tactics. You are familiar with software as a service and subscription models, and are phenomenal at establishing relationships. You are a self-starter with strong initiative who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and partners well across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Discover new business growth opportunities for Acrobat to accelerate future growth and revenue
  • Use primary and secondary research to gain customer and category insights
  • Understand trial strategies and promotion pricing.
  • Build relationships and partner across key teams
  • Translate insights in to new recommendations for product marketing, product, and campaign teams
  • Work with Product team to identify and cultivate new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into relevant recommendations for growth

Requirements

  • Current MBA student graduating between December 2021 – July 2022, Marketing concentration preferred
  • Experience in a technology company and SaaS experience preferred
  • Customer-first orientation, with experience with SMB or Consumer preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
  • Proficient in how to utilize market research and data to advise marketing strategies to guide meaningful recommendations and decisions.
  • A hardworking, creative self-starter who can prioritize, and is able to balance several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
  • Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and presentation.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
