Job Description Our company is seeking energetic self-starters who are willing to work as an Operating Assistant in an extremely versatile and unique trading company. Employment at IATC under the U.S. Operations Division will provide in depth experience in a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to; merchant banking, e-commerce, manufacturing, and venture capital within the American area of influence. Additionally, Operating Assistants will cooperate with IATC’s China Operations Division, facilitating international trade within aforesaid markets. Operating Assistants will be able to provide support and quicken scaling of an already fast-moving financial platform with outstanding potential. The position is unpaid for a duration of 90 days; after that, qualified candidates will be considered for paid positions.

Essential functions – Provide administrative support in a demanding, fast-paced startup environment – Assist professionals in office with their administrative needs relating to data entry, data processing, document filing, etc. – Assist the Operations department with paperwork and clerical duties, e.g. taking messages, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc. – Learn how to work with other departments to set up a promotion or special event. – Collaborating internally and externally to develop and drive actionable insights that inform and shape strategic planning and execution; – Support the rest of the team by preparing materials, such as articles, fact sheets, presentations, resource tools, and case studies;

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications:

– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin – Excellent organizational and time management skills – Attention to details – Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Flexible Work Schedule (available to work outside regular work hour such as weekends) – Applicants must have a legal right to work (CPT and OPT are fine) – Grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale – Familiarity with Mac OSX operating system

Preferred Qualifications: – Multi-tasking skills Ability – Ability to work in a dynamic, cross functional, team orientated environment. – Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a propensity to produce well-composed deliverables. – Ability to closely track projects and tasks to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
