We are looking for…

An experienced, dynamic and motivated new graduate to start a career as a Technical Recruiter. This is a great opportunity to learn to manage the full-cycle recruitment for our technology teams while providing a world class candidate experience. This individual will take a strategic approach to sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and obtaining candidates to promote organizational growth.

What You Will Do…

  • Drive the talent acquisition process – sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and pre-boarding new team members
  • Collaborate to enhance our talent acquisition strategy and tactics to improve upon recruitment measures
  • Drive and enhance a world class employer brand through cross-team collaboration utilizing social media platforms
  • Develop creative sourcing methods to identify and obtain the best and brightest talent for our technology teams
  • Partner with stakeholders from various teams to confirm hiring needs and requirements based on the needs of the organization
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Build a diverse pipeline of talent through nurturing relationships
  • Foster commitment to retain talent through employee engagement

What You Bring…

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Basic understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
  • Commitment to working in a high-volume, dynamic recruiting environment where you can influence and drive results
  • Strong desire to learn recruitment methods and best practices
  • Strong experience building relationships with multiple hiring managers and partnering with our technology teams
  • Up to date knowledge of the newest tools and technologies with a strong grasp of the current market
