VC Rotation Program Intern JD:
1. VC Skillset basic training
Immersively learn crash courses in venture capital that consists of definable accomplishments and transferable skills that you can use throughout your career while also finding ways to add value and make an impact within organization and current workflow. The Rotation Program Intern will report to the investment team and receive direct supervision and mentorship from partners.
2.Early Stage Startup Case Study
Obtain venture capital industry knowledge and familiarize with firm investment strategies through early stage startup case studies, by understanding firm investment philosophy and learning portfolio companies.
3. Business Analysis and Industry Reporting
Prepare business and industry analysis such as product market fit, market trends, market sizing, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysts of a new investment or target industry.
Present findings and results directly to the investment team and partners who will provide feedback on deliverables to help you refine expertise and skills
4. Deal Sourcing & Due Diligence:
Attend meetups, events and conferences to build network with founders, entrepreneurs and investors, scouting and evaluating potential deals.
Participate in the actual due diligence process for a new investment, which includes reviewing business info, analyzing industry landscape, and meeting leadership team.
