学生刚进入项目的时候对未来发展方向摇摆不定，在data和cs之间难以取舍，针对这个情况，首先为学生分别安排了 data和cs的行业行情分析，先定位，因为定好位之后才可以给学生做针对性技提升，简历修改和职位内推。经过导师的分析，学生最终确认还是走CS方向。为其匹配了S导师和K导师。S导师有1.5年google招聘官经验，在面试培训上面可以考察并帮助学生。K导师有十几年的CS的经验，技术能力方面都非常强，也能针对不同的大厂和岗位要求给到学生非常明确的刷题方向。导师在培训中提到大公司基本都要考察数据结构和算法，经过对学生的模拟面试发现学生在数据结构和算法这方面情况不是很好，没有办法流利回答出导师问题。所以在之后的培训重点就是数据结构和算法以及面试培训。目前学生培训课程还没有结束，但是已经拿到了BrainCo的offer 。
