The Opportunity

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Photoshop Campaign Marketing, the MBA Intern will help with campaign marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans for the Creative Cloud portfolio to increase awareness and interest of our brands and reinforce the value proposition of our product offerings.

 

We are seeking a dynamic marketer to create breakthrough marketing ideas that inspire audiences; encourage product adoption and engagement, build long-term, customer value. You will balance long-term strategy with short-term results focused execution in a fast-paced, growing business.

 

We are looking for a candidate who brings an audience-focused, modern approach to building marketing strategies, campaigns and programs that create results at scale.

 

You will work in partnership with cross-functional team support including Communications, Social, Studio, Advertising, Performance Media, Lifecycle Marketing, & Adobe.com.

 

What You’ll Do

Work on global campaign marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Adobe’s Creative Cloud portfolio and individual product offerings with innovative brands like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Lightroom

Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with extraordinary, cross functional teams across the global marketing organization and the digital media organization. to optimize consumer journeys; breakthrough content and messaging.

Partner with marketing teams based in regions of EMEA, Japan, and APAC to provide framework and mentorship that enables the scale of global campaigns and consistency of outcomes.

Assist with a campaign measurement framework to ensure ongoing review and adjustment in alignment with marketing funnel KPIs

Build best in class customer journeys.

Know our products, our categories, and our consumers.

Develop credibility and build relationships with cross functional team partners across the company.

 

What You Need To Succeed

Bring 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience working on/with consumer and technology brands and products

Experience working with/at agencies (advertising, digital, marketing)

Proven track record of success and achievement associated with results-oriented, campaigns and plans.

Be customer obsessed. Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys.

Be a strong communicator with attention to detail. Listen and distill feedback and points of view from all levels of the organization.

Balance creative inspiration and insight and fact-based analytics.

Bring a strong passion for Adobe’s brand and products.

Fast learner with a positive demeanor and willingness to try new things.

Navigate a matrixed organization and represent your work, your team with integrity and self-sufficiency.
