Creative Account and Project Management Intern

 

San Mateo, CA

 

We are an in-house creative organization for Sony PlayStation® that specializes in marketing everything PlayStation® related. We are seeking a Creative Account and Project Management Intern to support the Account Management and Project Management Teams.

 

Responsibilities

Assist Account/Project Managers with the coordination of developing Marketing assets for Masterbrand, Hardware and Software Campaigns.

Keep project tasks and trackers up to date and monitor schedules to ensure that projects are created and delivered on time.

Support Account/Project Managers throughout the creative process including briefs/kick off, concepting, internal and external creative reviews, refinement and production

Coordinate meetings, create agendas and document live feedback.

Work with Account/Project Managers to help facilitate asset QC, ensuring notes are addressed or flagged for follow up and documented accordingly.

Work with internal designers and outside vendors to ensure Marketing assets are prepped to match standards and protocols.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree and/or within 1 year of their post-graduation date

Proactive, independent self-starter a must

Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, sense of humor, and delivery focused to get results!

Very organized with attention to detail, can prioritize a dynamic workload and successfully manage multiple deadlines

Experience managing projects and the ability to work collaboratively with others across a large global organization

Embraces change; maintains an open mind and is flexible and adaptable in the face of ambiguity

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is a must

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator), video software, and MacOS is a plus
