With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.

 

We’re looking for a Creative Intern to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Marketing team, you will support and collaborate closely with creatives, designers, business marketers, and copywriters to help craft world-class business marketing work for Snap. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters/office, you’ll collaborate with creatives across Snap’s Internal Creative Agency to bring creative ideas to life that tell the story of Snap Inc.’s brand and it’s products.

 

What You’ll Do

Provide creative support to creatives (creative directors, designers, copywriters, etc.) across the entire briefing, creative development, production, and post production process.

Conduct research, create tests, proof of concepts, and build presentations for creative projects.

Contribute to the ideation process and brainstorms.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Passion for technology and understanding of the Snapchat platform

Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (editing with Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)

Conscientious and detail oriented

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree

Interest or relevant academic experience in a creative field, with a focus on marketing, advertising, branding, or communications

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset that embody Snap’s values

An entrepreneurial spirit and a communication style that inspires others

Understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with marketing
