This position requires to telework in Maui and will be responsible, but not limited to, the following
We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect pole data from various internal and external sources. Including and not limited to:
- Joint Pole Database
- Joint Pole Books
- GIS
- Joint Pole Maps
- Drawings
- Google Maps
- Examine, interpret, and evaluate data for accuracy.
- Perform data entry work to place collected data into the company database, placing special emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.
Skills And Requirements
- Electric utility experience and knowledge of the following:
- Joint Pole Database
- Joint Pole Books
- Maui eGIS Web Map Applications
- Joint Pole Maps
- Maui Electric Project Wise System
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of Microstation
- Remote work experience
- Requires the individual to pick up and exchange reference material from Kahului
- Must provide their own computer and connect through VPN
- Have reliable internet
