Thank you for checking out our Marketing Internship Program at Advanced Window Systems! We offer home exterior products including Windows, Siding, Roofing, and Doors, as well as outstanding customer service and the best warranties in the industry. Our primary mission as a company is to improve the homes and lives of our Customers and our Team.
Our internship program is designed to do just that. We’ve developed a course and curriculum that will expose you to the latest industry trends and marketing strategies that have helped to propel us to 20% growth year over year for the past 5.
Interns must be able to commit at least 2 months up to 6 months for the duration of the internship.
Internship hours are variable and can work around your school or work schedule.
At the conclusion of the program, you should have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing practices, a keen understanding of Google Analytics, web design, social media marketing, and Search Engine Optimization. You will also be given time to work on either Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or a Google Digital Garage certification, as well as the opportunity to implement those strategies into a real-world environment. Please note this is not a remote position.
This isn’t a coffee run internship.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Writing web page content and uploading to our Website
Optimizing content for local SEO and national SEO
Google Search Console Optimization
Keyword Ranking Tracking
Performing backlink research and audits
Writing social media posts
Drafting and sending Digital Advertisements with Constant Contact
You need to have your own laptop to work off.
You must work in our office. No telecommuting.
You must be a strong writer.
Preference is given to those currently enrolled in a Marketing or Communications Bachelors’s program. **College Credit Opportunities Available**
Marketing, Web Design, or Writing background preferred but not required.
