Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will directly assist the Talent Management team with several projects related to HR compliance and recordkeeping. This internship will be both educational and practical and will give you an introduction to a Human Resources Department of an Employee-Owned Federal Contractor.

Major Responsibilities Will Include

    • Scanning, reviewing and cataloging personnel information and/or other HR-related documents into our efiling record system.
    • Take additional tasks from others on the HR Team

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and then work independently to accomplish tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
