We are seeking someone who wants to work in human resources. Enjoy a positive work environment as you handle a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, as well as provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. Open to Full-time or Part-time 

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation
  • Use the internet to inquire into potential candidates
  • Maintain employee database documents
  • Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
  • Coordinate and Assist with onsite and offsite employee trainings
  • Coordinate Birthday/New Hire Announcements
  • Assist with Monthly Employee Newsletter
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Send recruiting emails

Skills and Qualifications

  • Practice integrity and a good work ethic
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and short deadlines
  • Possess a current California driver’s license
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing sites(Indeed, ZipRecruiter
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good Time management
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
