Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern. The intern will primarily support the Recruiting Manager on various administrative tasks related to experienced recruiting for our client service and practice support positions. In addition, the Intern will assist the HR Department on various assignments as needed.


The ideal candidate will be seeking a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Candidates should possess strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills in a face paced environment. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the Recruiting Manager on various tasks including setting up phone and in-office interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new hires etc. In addition, the Intern will assist the HR team in managing the maintenance of employee records (both paper and electronic), copying, scanning, and other various tasks as needed.
