Job Description We are looking for interns to act as assistants to IATC’s marketing department. We intend and are prepared to scale quickly and efficiently as the premier investor immigration management platform in the market. Interns will assist with marketing operations on a local, national, and international scale in order to attract high caliber clientele who will maintain an active and frequent relationship with IATC. Marketing will consist of creating programs to attract clientele, collecting data, and analysis of data. In addition to inception of new projects, current projects will be constantly optimized and improved. The position is unpaid for a duration of 90 days; qualified candidates will be considered for paid positions.

Essential functions – Help marketing team to perform research on appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data for translation into executable and effective market intelligence reports. – Assist marketing team to monitoring market intelligence sources (blogs, media websites, competitors’ web sites, conference sessions and calls for papers); – Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns – Prepare promotional presentations – Learn how to work with other departments to set up a promotion or special event. – Collaborating internally and externally to develop and drive actionable insights that inform and shape strategic planning and execution; – Support the rest of the marketing team by preparing materials, such as articles, fact sheets, presentations, resource tools, and case studies;

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications: – In depth understanding of different marketing techniques – Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin – Excellent organizational and time management skills – Attention to details – Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Flexible Work Schedule (available to work outside regular work hour such as weekends) – Applicants must have a legal right to work (CPT and OPT are fine) – Grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale

Preferred Qualifications: – Familiarity with social media platforms (WeChat, WeChat Official, etc) – Advanced PowerPoint Skills – Creative thinking and design ability – Multi-tasking skills Ability – Prepare promotional presentations – Ability to work in a dynamic, cross functional, team orientated environment. – Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a propensity to produce well-composed deliverables. – Ability to closely track projects and tasks to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.

As a marketing intern, you can focus on one or multiples following directions: Field Marketing: – TV/Radio Interview – Seminar/Presentation – Organize and implement promotional opportunities and special events – Create an event time, budget and checklist Online Marketing: – Social Media – Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram – Website – Create web content and email content for marketing and advertising purposes – Daily maintain the company website Market Research – Perform market analysis and research on competition – Collaborate on marketing planning – Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns – Research, compile, and communicate what is needed for a promotion or special event – Make recommendations for improvements and addition to promotions

Content Production & Graphic Design – Willingness to learn company program and conduct the new marketing content – Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platform – Prepare promotional presentations – Create new graphic content for marketing purpose or refine the current content of existing marketing material
