11/28日马列伟博士与十五位国家特聘专家应国家人社部和广东人社厅邀请参加广州开发区人才交流活动，并于当地的企业家项目路演和研讨。
广州开发区位于广州市东部，地处珠江三角洲核心地带，2小时车程覆盖香港、澳门、深圳、珠海等城市。广州开发区是中国产值最高的高新技术开发区，这里聚集了150多家世界五百强和大批的中国上市企业，同时蕴藏着大批中国以及世界级的人才和创业项目。

马博士代表国家特聘专家为开幕仪式致辞。作为国家特聘专家代表，马博士首先感谢国家授予专家们的荣誉，以及各种社会待遇和支持。他强调荣誉的后面是社会责任，“我们不但要做好自己研究、自己的企业，也更要帮助其他人做好研究、做好企业；让更多的中华子孙站在世界科技和文化的前沿，让中国制造成为中国创造“，他说，”这次活动，希望能为广州开发区注入更多的新想法，新技术，帮助一批企业进入世界竞争的行列。”

国家人社部和广东省人社厅领导分别致辞欢迎专家到来，希望本次活动能切实推进人才交流和项目落地，为专家们和开发区带来创业创新机会。马博士在大会上讲述了蔓藤教育如何用AI技术为企业提供精准有效的人才，同时为国家规模化地培养大学生的岗位胜任力提出了技术解决方案。与会专家们还展示了区块链技术、成纤维细胞生长技术、新型固态电池技术、先进用工管理技术等世界领先的研究和应用。
