来自大市场调查发现与2008年的经融危机期间不同公司让在招聘毕业生。

尽管目前类似于服务业、旅游等行业的公司不再招聘,但物流,保健,医药和一些零售商(尤其是在线零售商)正在蓬勃发展,并正在积极寻找毕业生。这些是毕业生应重点关注的行业。

来自美国资深毕业生招聘官Dan Hawes的建议:“毕业生需要合理的计划。他们需要做更多的研究,并尝试发掘这些公司,因为它们可能不会广泛地投放广告。”

充分利用疫情期间的空白时间

学生们可以完成SWOT分析,确定个人的长处和短处以及目前工作场所中的机会和危险,只有这样纵览全局我们才能更清楚地知道自己想要提高那些技能。

可以预见的是,在未来面试中面试官常会问学生的大问题是:“你在疫情空白的期间内容做了什么?”

2020年这一年时间就像抽出了一年的空白时间一样,雇主们想知道你在这期间是如何安排生活和学习的,从而来判定你是否适合正在应聘的岗位。

确保在这段时间内,有目标且有计划得集中做某一件事,可以学习一门技能也可以是一次实习机会,并且这些内容都应该和你的最终目标有所挂钩,能写进你的简历里成为非常好的亮点。

关于“在哪里”找到一个开放招聘的岗位:

除了可以直接在公司网站上找到开放岗位以外,其实还有很多其他地方可以找到该资源。

招聘机构:

Linkedin:

linkedin一直是找工作的好地方,你可以通过校友之间的关联性从而做一个networking获取一些岗位咨询。

谷歌地图:

很多雇主都不做广告的前提下,你甚至可以打开谷歌地图通过街景视图在商业区或某一幢写字楼的入口处看到所有公司的清单。

在线面试和评估:

在这样一个特殊时间点,大多数雇主正在在线转换其招聘流程。

在大流行之前,许多大公司要么已经开始做出改变,要么正在考虑这样做。

现在几乎所有面试,评估和心理测验都完全可以在线进行。这意味着公司能够在不违反疫情lockdown的规定下继续招募学生和毕业生。

当然,学生也可以提前通过线上模拟面试来做准备,将自己调整到最好的状态再接受正式面试。
