留学生找实习全职难,但没有那么难(三)

面试,无论是否是心仪的工作,都是一次宝贵的练习机会,好好准备。

可能在你投了很多职位之后,拿到了几个一面的机会,恭喜你,离目标成功迈进了一步。

一面的流程基本是HR给你打电话,半小时之内聊一聊他们公司的情况,需要招什么样的人,了解一下你做过什么,为什么申请这个职位等等。

通过半小时的沟通HR能有个基本的印象,还有你和这个职位的匹配度。

所以我们要做的是在这个短短的半小时内给HR 留下一个好印象。怎么准备呢?

面试之前,去公司网站了解一下他们公司的主要业务,然后几句话简单总结对他们公司的了解,因为面试中常常会问到“你对我们公司有什么了解?”或者“你为什么申请我们公司?”

然后,根据job description总结这份工作主要需要什么技能,假设面试时被问到你有没有相关经历,你要在三分钟以内清晰有条理地回答出来,即使没有的技能也提前构思好如何回答。总结好之后,重复练习两三遍。

量变引起质变。

在一个接一个的一面之后,你应该准备好迎接二面了。一般对很多公司来说二面就是终面,当然有些公司会有更多轮面试,包括匹配组等等。

二面大多持续一小时,流程基本是首先和一面一样让你介绍自己,公司介绍自己和需要什么人,然后会针对你简历上的内容随机进行提问。

这一点我个人总结出一定规律,他们往往对在你简历上的和他们需要的技能比较匹配的内容感兴趣,着重进行提问。

不仅限于technical questions,还有behavioral questions。比如,他们的工作需要有很强的协作和交流技能,对Business Analyst来说基本算是必备条件。

这时他们很可能会问“Have you ever had conflict with someone? How did you deal with it?”所以这类问题要提前准备好怎么回答,以此类推。

面试前进行Mock Interview也是非常重要的一环。帮助你即使是在有一定压力的环境中,依然能回答得清晰有条理,从容且自信。

给面试官留下一个很好的印象,大大增加你拿到offer的几率!
