1、薪资优渥

刚入职的商业分析师薪资为税前年薪6万美金到14万美金。

 

由于商业分析的子行业很多，所以薪资标准高低不一。其中商业分析师会根据应用分析软件、分析语言的要求区别而有着较大的差异。

 

一些有能力进行大数据分析，多角度建模或者云计算相关开发的则有着较高的薪资起点。商业分析岗位中的高阶分析师起薪几乎可以和CS行业相媲美。

2、H1B申请友好

H1B签证着实是众多优秀留学生们求职路上的拦路虎，但是对于进入商业分析行业的同学们来说，拦路虎也只是不值一提的纸老虎。

提供商业分析类岗位的公司多为大企业/大平台，对申请H1b（美国工作签证）相对友好，大多数具备Sponsor资格。

 

商业分析类岗位，相较于非技术岗位，比如市场或者销售类岗位，有着较高的国际学生亲和度。

 

目前商业内针对面向客户的岗位较少提供H1b机会，或者对语言要求极高，建议对于商业、金融、咨询等感兴趣的同学，如果有留美打算，可以将商业分析类企业或岗位作为第一就业目标。

3、发展平台广阔

商业分析属于新的发展方向。随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术的发展和应用，金融和科技发展正在融合，包括目前较火的区块链、比特币项目，都是商业分析、Fintech的应用。对于留学生来说，进入商业分析行业，抓住时代发展前端趋势，无疑是职业生涯发展的良好开端！

 

商业分析就业信息较为复杂，在进行岗位搜索时，可以基于子行业进行搜索，也可以直接搜索金融分析、金融建模、量化分析、风险控制等相关内容。

其中目前发展最好的子行业是Fintech，Fintech大致可以分为这几种子行业，包括线上支付，如PayPal，Square，支付宝；金融数据分析与咨询，如Bloomberg；资本市场应用，如Overbond；还有财富管理平台，如Betterment，Wealthfront等。
