开学季感染人数将超四百万，美国高校秋季开学政策大汇总

早在5月21日，美国参议院教育委员会主席宣称：美国全国各地的大学有足够的监测能力保证今年秋天能安全的开放校园，并各大高校已经采取一系列必要步骤。

但随着美国的抗议呼声日益高涨，密集游行的人群不知不觉中让病毒传播更有可乘之机。

截止6月23日，美国本地新冠肺炎累计确诊病例超240万，死亡病例12万，并且每天以3万确诊人数增加，预计到八月和九月开学时期确诊人数甚至可能超过四百万，形势十分严峻。

各大高校调整其开学政策

根据美国高校编年史网站（the chronicle of higher education）正在跟踪950所大学的资料所显示，

仍然计划线下授课的大学占比：67%

推出线上线下结合模式的大学占比：10%

考虑到多种情况更多种开课方式的大学占比：9%

全部为线上授课的大学占比：8%

还未做出具体决定的大学占比：7%

为了能应对新冠肺炎所带来的变化各大高校还同时推出了不同的开学政策：

对策一：改变校历，缩短或延长学期

-缩减学期类：不少高校决定在感恩节前也就是在今年的十一月份左右结束课程，包括密歇根州立大学、弗吉尼亚理工学院和俄亥俄迈阿密大学还有圣母大学都决定适当缩减秋季学期。为此也会放弃十月份的秋假来弥补进度。

-延长学期类：也有院校表示会延长今年的课程，以使得校园、教室里不那么密集。

以斯坦福大学为例，除了提前开始和结束秋季学期外，该校还将把授课时间延长至四个季度，包括夏季。只有大约一半的本科生可以在秋季入学。

对策二：线上线下结合式授课

线上教学与现场教学相结合的模式。德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校表示，将近有2100个秋季课程全部转成线上授课，学生可以选择在全程在网上上课不回学校，但仍然要支付与在校生相同的学费。

为了能更保证学生教工的安全，各大高校也提出了相对严厉的措施来保证同学们能在在校期间做到“安全的社交距离”。

普林斯顿大学(Princeton University)表示，如果学生没有遵守社交距离准则，就会被赶出校园宿舍。
