我是如何从一个CS刷题废到拿下亚马逊全职offer的？（二）

上一期主要讲了大学时期自己的状态，对刷题莫名的畏惧，导致基础知识的不扎实，最终拿到的人生第一份全职也不甚理想。
第一份工作主要还是薪资和地点不理想。工作地点是在Kansas City，其实是城市，但毕竟不在东西海岸。
而薪资就不必多说了，工作毕竟最根本的还是为了拿钱的，成就感就更不必说了，上班而已。
在意识到这一份工作并不是自己所追求的，我开始尝试改变它，改变自己的状态也改变自己的生活。
总结来说做了两方面的努力。
一方面我需要拿到面试：对于在职的人，领英上HR message找到你是最好的一个方法，因为你都不需要投简历。
当时有一个困难，LinkedIn 上的美国HR一般会按地理位置就近找人，比如纽约的公司给地点是美东的人发信。而Kansas city 只能收到当地的公司。
所以我快到要换工作的时候用了一个伎俩，把LinkedIn profile 上的地点改成了湾区两周，又改成了纽约两周，正好纽约高盛就来联系我了。
另外毕竟工作了以后，面试时候行为面试和聊天也就有了素材，一定程度上提升了讲故事和沟通能力。
第二方面是刷题，准备其他面试的时候就刷了一些，当时我是上了一个网课，记了笔记。
当时还没有自己练的很熟练，但至少对知识点有了系统的认知，面上了高盛并为以后面上互联网公司打下了基础。
其实我的第二份工作是高盛的软件工程师，但是时间比较短，另外亚马逊面试的准备更有效果，所以就讲这个了。
当年面高盛的时候我已经上过了网课，了解了那些是知识点和典型题，但是依然缺乏练习。
刷题对小部分数理逻辑训练强的同学是不需要太多练习的，因为他们举一反三的能力特别强，可以总结出共性，见到相似题也能想出来。
而对大部分同学来说，一定程度的训练（两三百道题）是有必要的。但是也得做到边练习边总结，完全的题海是没有效果的。这一点和准备高考数学是类似的。
所以当时，我就顺着知识点，从典型题和高频题开始，每天练习2小时，晚上一回家就开始刷题。
一开始的半个月我有点打退堂鼓，毕竟刷题是个无聊又费脑的事。
但逐渐开始我喜欢上了刷题：我开始理解了知识点，并且开始能独立处理变形题的思路：通过比较相似题的共性和不同。思考与实战的结合让我越学越有自信，到后面甚至刷题有了快感～
其实这个心态中间是有波折的：
一个月左右的时候会出现不实在的自信 ，自我感觉很好，但在做题的时候所显示出的结果明显水平还没有达到。
然后难题做不出来，逐渐会丧失掉自信，进入有些苦行的瓶颈期（类似两千年初的互联网寒冬），但是坚持下去，真实水平提升又重新提升了自信，但这次是有真材实料做支撑的。
那么，我在70%ready的时候，开始跟联系我的Amazon HR说，我想来面试了。
从拿到面试到最终面试的20天里，我进行了最后的突击：在Leetcode上集中做Amazon的高频题，查漏补缺。
