留学生找实习全职难，但没有那么难（三）
面试，无论是否是心仪的工作，都是一次宝贵的练习机会，好好准备。
可能在你投了很多职位之后，拿到了几个一面的机会，恭喜你，离目标成功迈进了一步。
一面的流程基本是HR给你打电话，半小时之内聊一聊他们公司的情况，需要招什么样的人，了解一下你做过什么，为什么申请这个职位等等。
通过半小时的沟通HR能有个基本的印象，还有你和这个职位的匹配度。
所以我们要做的是在这个短短的半小时内给HR 留下一个好印象。怎么准备呢？
面试之前，去公司网站了解一下他们公司的主要业务，然后几句话简单总结对他们公司的了解，因为面试中常常会问到“你对我们公司有什么了解？”或者“你为什么申请我们公司？”
然后，根据job description总结这份工作主要需要什么技能，假设面试时被问到你有没有相关经历，你要在三分钟以内清晰有条理地回答出来，即使没有的技能也提前构思好如何回答。总结好之后，重复练习两三遍。
量变引起质变。
在一个接一个的一面之后，你应该准备好迎接二面了。一般对很多公司来说二面就是终面，当然有些公司会有更多轮面试，包括匹配组等等。
二面大多持续一小时，流程基本是首先和一面一样让你介绍自己，公司介绍自己和需要什么人，然后会针对你简历上的内容随机进行提问。
这一点我个人总结出一定规律，他们往往对在你简历上的和他们需要的技能比较匹配的内容感兴趣，着重进行提问。
不仅限于technical questions，还有behavioral questions。比如，他们的工作需要有很强的协作和交流技能，对Business Analyst来说基本算是必备条件。
这时他们很可能会问“Have you ever had conflict with someone? How did you deal with it?”所以这类问题要提前准备好怎么回答，以此类推。
面试前进行Mock Interview也是非常重要的一环。帮助你即使是在有一定压力的环境中，依然能回答得清晰有条理，从容且自信。
给面试官留下一个很好的印象，大大增加你拿到offer的几率！
