到底什么是数据岗？
Data Analyst?
Business Analyst? Financial Analyst?
Business Intelligence Analyst?
Data Engineer? Data Scientist?
到底有什么区别？？？
估计很多同学在找工作的时候都感到过迷茫。我想用简单的语言给大家总结一下这几者之间的联系与区别。
首先，他们之间本质上并没有什么区别，在理解商业需求之后，用不同的分析方法和工具来做数据处理、分析、挖掘，以充分发挥它的商业价值。
只是细分来说，它们之间的侧重点略有不同，Data Analyst和Business Analyst有很大的交集，但当公司需要基本的数据工作，像Data Entry类的工作的时候，会把职称命名为Data Analyst；
Business Analyst除了跟DA有交集的部分，还有就是不需要很多technical分析的部分，需要对Business Owner的商业需求进行理解和细化；然后分配给相应的technical people，这部分需要更多的是soft skills：collaboration/communication等。
而Financial Analyst针对的是金融公司里的数据分析，用的分析工具和方法跟其他的有很多类似，但是需要有一定的金融/经济背景。
那么什么又是Business Intelligence Analyst呢？ （留学生找实习全职难，但没有那么难（终））
也就是我现在的工作。大致来说，就是对公司的不同数据来源搭建数据模型然后进行分析挖掘，最后通过可视化工具展现分析结果，来帮助公司的Decision Makers作出决定，以使公司获得更大的收益。
需要有DA对数据进进行分析挖掘的能力，又要有BA的交流技能，但它于这两者之间不同的点在于，通过这一系列的建模分析流程，最终目的是建一个可视化工具，从而让Decision Makers直观地比较不同产品/策略的性能、收益等。
随着大数据这几年的飞速发展，公司意识到商业数据背后隐藏的巨大商业价值，而BI 的目的正是将其中的价值直观的展示出来，所以这几年，市场对BI Analyst的需求在大幅增长。
而Data Engineer的工作是介于Data Analyst和Software Engineer之间，不仅要会分析，还要进行分析工具或平台背后的搭建，涉及更多的编程。
说到Data Scientist，个人觉得只是给数据分析工作者起了一个更响亮的名字而已。
既然是scientist，那么肯定是要对某一个领域有着较为深刻的研究。整体来说，也就是对数据分析的每个环节都有着较强的能力。
但是也有很多公司为了吸引人才，把比较technical 的DA/BA 都给一个DS的title。其实工作内容上没有多大差别。
了解了这些不同且又类似的职称之后，是不是已经眼花缭乱了呢？
先不要慌！
其实这些职位用的工具和方法很多都是一样的！
通过上述的分析，你可以看到这些跟数据分析有关的工作内容其实有很大的交集，其实你只需要掌握以上工作基本都需要的几项核心内容，就已经有很大的就业面了，然后你可以再根据你的理想工作的特点进行针对性的学习，也会容易很多。
