留学生该具备哪些能力才能成功应聘AI类岗位？
电子工程（EE）作为上半个世纪改变了世界的新型高科技产业，曾经是个人力资源供不应求的行业，本科生毕业后就有工作等着，更不用说研究生了。可以说没有电子工程师就没有今天的计算机、互联网，更没有今天的人工智能。
但是2008年经济危机后，这个曾经的朝阳产业也进入了成熟期。2019年10月LinkedIn上面招聘初级电子工程师的岗位仅有两千多个，初级电气工程师岗位有九千多个，每年的电子和电气工程毕业的学生近3万人，可以说市场需求不足而产出毕业生过剩。
电子工程的学生何去何从呢？今天这个问题困扰每个在读的EE学生，他们是否需要转向CS或Data专业？从微观世界角度看，摩尔定律接近物理极限，电子工程是否真到了极限？
答案是电子工程远没有接近极限，下面十年将有更广阔的市场，需要更多的EE工程师，但新的岗位将不同于前面十年的岗位。

新兴的机器人产业中的电子工程师岗位可以分为2大类，第一类是AI硬件工程师，主要以电子设计为主软件为辅，他们的工作是设计机器人的电路系统，软件部份的工作在于设计接口的嵌入式软件，让AI软件工程师可以自如地控制机器人。
第二类，是AI软件工程师，他们需要掌握模拟人脑的算法和具备超强的编程能力。两个岗位的能力模型如下。
