最后一期就和同学们聊一下最关心的目前2020年秋招的一些情况。
就以我们公司为例，疫情期间，基本上大部分公司都受到了影响，像部分科技公司都有很大的裁员举动，没有裁员的公司也有一些类似调整今年奖金额度或者取消季度升职的措施，工作方面虽然是WFH，不过还是一切照常的。
招聘方面的话，很多公司确实目前没有放出new graduate的招聘消息，很大部分原因是今年的线下秋招会取消，学校的hiring event也是没有了，但数据显示硅谷公司的招聘也在渐渐复苏，相信过段时间会有更多岗位放出。
部分公司现在已经放出招聘毕业生的岗位，但数量并没有很多，加上今年初和夏天马上要毕业的学生都在找相同的职位，所以竞争应该会很激烈，这样的话招聘的bar也会提升。
建议今年秋招找工作的同学们在这段时间冲刺查缺补漏，该刷题刷题，缺相关的project就找渠道或资源补上。
如我上文所述，现在几乎所有线下的招聘活动取消，目前CS类的公司就会全部准为线上招聘了。
跟以往的线下最终两轮面试不同，公司在今年几乎会全部转变为网络宣传招聘了，公司会在很多平台投放出招聘信息， 面试流程就会改为online accessment + 电话面试 + 视频面试4-5轮。
所以建议同学们的是，时刻关注各个公司的官网招聘情况，及时更新自己的简历，关注各大招聘平台如linkedin或者indeed，确保自己不遗落任何岗位信息。
最后同学们还可以在家里多多练习对着摄像头讲话，把自我介绍或者一些准备的回答对着摄像头先讲一遍并录下来，你可以不断看回看来找出自己的回答中的不恰当的地方或姿态面部表情之类不自然的地方。以这种方式来有效的提升自己视频面试的水准。
