2022年8月份，学生加入OPT就业项目。入项后，就业服务团队第一时间匹配导师，结合学生的经济学背景、英语表达、性格特点，为学生进行首次评估和简历修改。导师评估后，与学生进行了充分沟通：

1. 学生的求职意向偏向于营销分析师，其工作内容虽将查询数据作为第一步，但大部分工作涉及提供见解、建议和制定优化销售和营销的战略。学生在这方面差距明显，导师结合学生的专业基础，为学生进行Marketing/Sales Pipeline，General data pipelines，Lead Routing/Nurture/Scoring，Tracking fundamentals等不同纬度的技能提升，带领学生快速熟悉市场营销领域的框架和工具。
2. 学生还需要了解销售和市场营销的运作方式、熟悉他们使用的系统、跟踪和数据流。

与此同时，针对简历内容和学生的求职弱点，结合学生的面试邀约，服务团队与学生进行了行为问题模拟面试和面试复盘。2022年9月校招季开始，就业顾问为学生逐步安排岗位内推工作，同步指导学生学习如何筛选企业jd，增加岗位投递数量。

随着学生营销方向的技能和沟通能力的逐步增强，学生的全职投递方向也可以逐步涉猎到运营类岗位。与此同时，学生陆续拿到面试机会，借此机会锻炼的面试技能、进行面试复盘；2023年5-6月份，就业团队为学生拿到了多家企业的全职offer机会，学生结合企业岗位性质、入职时间、薪资水平等多方面因素后，最终选择了接受知名工程机械制造商北美子公司的全职offer，该企业支持H1B抽签！
