学生入项时UCSD研究生在读，距5月毕业不足3个月，入项后，就业服务团队第一时间匹配安永在职导师，为学生进行首次评估和简历修改。导师评估后，与学生进行了充分沟通：

学生的GPA和过往实习经历是学生的优势。虽然学生对投资银行和商业分析师的岗位感兴趣，但结合学生SQL等方面的基础薄弱，需要抓紧进行技能提高；
学生同时也申请Accounting方向的岗位，但学生面试技巧方面还存在较多问题，例如，不知道如何描述项目经历、如何与面试岗位建立起联系；
学生没有在美国当地的实习经验，岗位投递经验比较欠缺，需要短时间内通过更多的networking和refer岗位机会，增加拿到面试的概率。

2023年3-4月，就业顾问首先为学生安排面试技能提升课程，针对简历、学生的求职弱点，并结合学生的面试邀约，进行模拟面试和面试复盘。此外，就业团队抓紧安排为学生进行岗位匹配，同步指导学生学习如何筛选企业jd，增加岗位投递数量。

经过前2个月的努力，学生养成了良好的投递习惯，陆续拿到面试机会，借此机会锻炼的面试技能、进行面试复盘；结合就业团队为学生匹配的内推企业资源，成功为学生拿到美国某上市企业的FP&A岗位实习（带转正机会）offer！

2023年5月，学生又获得了美国本土注册会计师事务所全职offer！在很多留学生还在苦苦等待面试结果时，Z同学开始焦虑如何在两个offer中如何做出选择。在听取了就业服务团队的建议、综合考虑了企业岗位性质不同、入职时间不同等多方面因素后，学生最终选择接受美国本土注册会计师事务所的全职offer，年薪 $70,000+，且支持H1B抽签！
