学生是波士顿大学Biostatistics专业研一。希望能通过蔓藤教育在2020年的暑假突破重围找到一份含金量较高的暑期实习，可以真正学到一些在职场才能接触到的知识。

顾问初期和学生沟通了解到学生自己是有一些数据分析能力，实习想做数据方向，会R&SAS，Stats正在学，也在学Machine Learning等，自己投递断断续续有过面试但是不多，所以面试经验也不是很多。

根据学生的情况和需求，我们匹配了在Gilead Sciences工作的J导师进行培训，着重在面试时的technical方面进行培训和提升。同时导师为学生进行专业的简历精修，实习老师们也积极的为学生进行岗位匹配和内推。

最后学生顺利拿到了RXVIP Concierge的暑期实习offer！
