通过顾问老师跟学生多次沟通，顾问老师了解到学生需要金融知识、Networking以及用Python来分析数据的补充。之后由Q导师为其制作规划方案：前期从Financial Industy以及MBS market来补充金融知识的欠缺，之后再从Python的data structure还有算法加强数据分析能力。同时也在进行面试辅导，设计有效的self-Introduction以及简历story。
