学生CS专业，顾问老师，实习组老师初次电话沟通后，了解到学生需要在2020年暑期找实习。但是由于学生还在读大二，专业知识基础比较薄弱，所以需要制定一个系统的辅导方案。

首先，顾问老师匹配目前就职于Facebook的Y导师对目前的CS行业行情进行解读并且对学生自身情况进行分析。Y导师建议学生需要在未来的学习中，多做项目内容，增加hands on experience并且同时提高自身算法能力。并且制定上课规划：前期通过项目课程，提高专业能力并且丰富简历内容；中期进行gap分析，查漏补缺；后期根据gap分析结果加强算法面试辅导，增加面试技巧。

顾问老师课后在跟学生进行项目课程方向的沟通时，学生表示自己对前端app开发比较感兴趣，想要尝试app开发技术。所以匹配目前就职于linkedin的P导师带领学生进行IOS系统app开发小项目。项目课程完成后，导师进行简历精修和丰富，与此同时，实习组老师根据学生修改好的简历进行实习工作内推，辅导方面学生按照大纲计划进行gap分析，根据分析结果开始加强算法刷题面试方面的练习。

在定期的课程辅导与学生课下学习过程中，学生算法能力慢慢提升。在得到实习组老师内推的面试机会中，学生以优异的表现，成功拿到Join Entre公司2020暑期实习offer。
