学生进项目时是大四，希望通过相关的实习和课程辅导对商业分析职场领域有个更清晰的了解，并且通过提升自己的背景为自己的研究生申请添砖加瓦。在和顾问的初次语音中，顾问除了了解学生的具体需求，还重点了解了学生的编程背景，学生上过部分计算机课程，所以学生具备一定的编程基础。顾问为学生匹配了米其林的高级数据分析师，并和导师共同制定了有针对性的辅导计划。第一节课通过讲解商业分析的行业概况和职位需求让学生对行业以及从事的行业有更深入的了解，并在课后抓紧时间为学生进行简历精修。与此同时，岗位匹配老师也在为学生寻找合适的岗位。

不久，学生收到了一份analytics实习的面试，公司要求学生提供cover letter，顾问老师安排面试辅导的同时也给予学生指导该如何写求职信，并安排cv精修。学生的面试表现得到了公司的认可，成功收获了今年暑期的实习offer。另外，由于暑期实习会用到google analytics，顾问也和导师进行了课程沟通。导师为学生重点讲解了实习会需要用到的软件并且为学生介绍了部分实用的商业分析模型，鼓励学生应用到此次的实习中和之后的学习与工作中，拿到实习offer并不是结束，而是学生新的开始，我们恭喜学生的同时也期待学生在实习的过程中可以继续与我们分享实习中的点点滴滴。
