在蔓藤得到的提升

学生是南加大CS专业研一学生，虽然学生开始跟着学校教授做项目，但个性有些拖沓需要强有力的Push。顾问老师通过初次电话和学生的沟通，了解到学生的诉求主要是想未来往科技公司发展，想做开发, machine learning，所以匹配了K导师带学生做项目。先请导师为学生进行GAP分析以及简历的深挖，之后和导师开始做谷歌公司里的模拟实战项目。在2月份学生简历精修好的时候，实习组老师开始为学生进行岗位的投递。学生先后拿到了四家公司的offer。其中Mdout公司是一家美国健康信息共享门户网站，他们在医疗保健、IT和统计领域拥有深厚的专业知识。导师认为在未来健康医疗类大数据将会成为相对热门的行业，发展也会更好，建议学生选择接受这家公司offer。学生也在经过多方考虑后选择了Mdout公司实习offer。
