学生的简历具备一定数量的项目，但是没有具体的focus，对于美国SDE的基业情况也不是特别了解。虽然学生在美读书多年，但是没有在美的任何实习经历。导师首先帮助学生进行了专业的简历修改，学生当时简历上的项目是比较杂，有云计算项目，Web项目，Machine Learning项目等。导师首先给出专业建议，针对未来发展方向保留哪些项目最有帮助，学生是认同导师观点的。因为学生签约时间距离找实习还有一段距离，所以在最开始的时候并没有立刻开始面试培训，但是学生对于学校正在做的项目有困难想要寻找导师的帮助。导师在了解了学生情况后，给学生做出了比较好的建议，告诉学生以目前的情况该如何更好的和项目负责人沟通细节。2020年1月开始为学生做面试培训，包括technical and behavioral两个方面。在实习组同事的帮助下，学生拿到了Newdo的offer 。
