学生是六月初进入的蔓藤飞鹰项目，UCSD 分子生物专业。
初次电话时顾问了解到学生已经申请opt，分子生物专业，课程基本都是围绕这个内容，所以实习也是要生物方向的。学生没有过面试经历，也不太了解自己本专业的面试流程，大多数听到的也都是finance和cs的东西。

经过K导师的专业评估学生简历差很多，导师和学生初次接触就打了一个多小时的电话，在电话中导师为学生仔细讲解了一遍生物类公司的HR是如何挑选简历和简历中必须要有的关键词等等内容。根据学生的时间节点和情况，K导师为学生个性化定制了一套生物方向的专业面试培训和简历修改。同时内推组的老师们也为非常积极为学生争分夺秒的进行岗位匹配，最后在团队和同学共同努力下拿到了maxsun的intern offer！
