学生在美国没有过实习经历，之前在国内做过两次远程项目，但是学生专业节能基础薄弱，很多简历上的金融模型学过或者接触过，但是不能完整以及准确的叙述出来。

顾问老师第一时间了解到学生的情况后，联系对金融岗位面试辅导有着丰厚经验的J导师为学生进行个性化面试辅导。

J导师课上为学生进行职业目标分析并且根据学生职业目标作出针对性的辅导计划：首先，学生需要熟悉并掌握简历上的专业内容，增加对金融专业知识了解，如加强金融模型的认知程度。

其次，训练面试过程中遇到的行为性问题，并掌握解答技巧。然后，根据得到的面试机会做针对性模拟面试辅导。在经过学生和实习组团队的共同努力下，学生终于获得ZGC实习offer。
