在蔓藤得到的提升

学生5月中旬加入蔓藤需要找今年暑期的实习。因为时间较紧，所以在学生进入项目后迅速和学生做了电话沟通，安排简历修改和面试培训，同时实习组老师也和学生沟通了实习需求。

虽然学会的专业是Information System的，但是对于技术性强的工作并不是特别有兴趣，比较倾向于多做一些graphic design, web design的工作, Design和简单技术相结合的工作。

由于学生在美国没有面试和实习经历，所以在短时间内提升面试能力就成了培训的重中之重。首先导师给学生分析讲解了常见的面试问题，详细的和学生说明如何准备自己的interview story，应该体现哪些方面等问题。

学生也比较认真，把自己的interview story写了5 pages，顾问针对他的每个问题都进行了修改和提出建议。在interview story准备好之后，也为学生安排了2次mock interview综合提升。

在培训的同时，实习组老师也积极的开始为学生内推，前后总共内推了5+公司，最终学生拿到GTSP的offer。
