学员自主学习能力强，英语口语也相对流利，曾经收到过纽约当地小型公司的实习offer，但个人目标高对此并不满意。初入蔓藤项目，顾问老师和摩根斯坦利的资深导师Y一起和学员进行了三个小时的个人职业规划和能力水平测试。基于学员想进一线投行任职quant岗位的目标，导师发现学员对金融中的定量意识还不够，对对冲基金、自动交易系统等相关领域也不尽了解，包括必备的计算能力机器学习与分析建模等掌握不够熟练。Y导师根据学生的水平制定了一套冲刺大投行的学习计划。以各大投行中的过往经典案例为训练教材，从实战中不断获取知识积累经验，针对性带学生刷绿皮书。同时，实习组的老师善用蔓藤平台资源不断寻求岗位机会，根据学员的学习进度一遍遍更新学员的简历，学员拿到了巴莱克银行的实习面试机会。导师和实习组的老师陪着学员一起过五关斩六将，在五月中旬的时候正式收到了巴莱克的实习offer！
