学生虽然学的是统计相关专业，但是对本专业做的事情不感兴趣，希望多接触一些Finance相关的职位，但是又不知道Finance具体做什么。

所以和学生商量好第一次培训由导师先做行业行情分析，让学生对行业有个了解。首先对学生的简历进行了修改，因为学生想要偏向于Finance相关的职位，所以在原有的简历上面根据学生学校所学知道导师建议添加股票分析和金融统计的项目，同时增加了多项Financ相关的实战项目。

疫情期间本地企业受到波及，大环境不友好。在学生接受面试培训期间，实习组为学生做了海投和内推两手准备，将学生的简历投递了50+企业，找了10+以上的内推资源。

通过学生和老师们的共同努力下, 最终学生拿到到ZGC intern offer。
