J导师初次课程为学生进行Marketing行业行情分析，并且根据学生自身情况为学生量身定做上课大纲—因为学生缺少行业的专业经验，所以导师在课程大纲中加入行业专业知识点以及项目课程内容来让学生获得hands on experience；同时根据学生面试的情况，为学生进行面试辅导增加面试经验，并且辅导修改出更具有竞争力的简历。与此同时，实习组老师利用学生精修好的简历为学生进行全面内推，不断为学生安排面试。Qinqi导师按照学生获得的面试机会，帮助学生准备应对面试。在辅导与内推的相辅相成之下，在所有老师以及学生自身努力之下，学生终于拿到SVTIC 2020暑期实习offer。
