在明确方向之后，导师为其一对一订制了辅导课程，由实际工作中使用的常用软件和常用词汇表达方式等等方面进行普及，同时布置了实战项目与学员分享并辅导完成项目。当学员对行业内知识足够扎实之后，蔓藤的内部资源平台开始为学员个性化匹配企业与岗位。
