基于学生的需求和目标，就业顾问为学生匹配了PIMCO在职基金经理K导师，与学生一起进行岗位分析，评估其现有技能和能力。该导师负责美国一级以及二级市场的成长型股权投资、杠杆收购，以及不良资产投资中的投资分析，且拥有多年丰富的求职辅导经历，非常熟悉北美的求职方法以及流程，能够帮助学生了解自身的软硬技能，并明确风险方向的求职方向。

学生确认求职方向后，服务团队利用公司广泛的行业网络和资源，开始为学生匹配与其专业背景和兴趣相契合的实习岗位。为确保学生在实习面试中表现出色，服务团队邀请了来自JP Morgan的H导师和RBC加拿大皇家银行的L导师，为学生提供实习面试辅导，分享行业内的最新动态，并建议学生对目标行业、企业和岗位进行更深入的调研，以便她能够在面试中展现出自己的优势。

最终学生收获德国能源巨头Uniper 市场风险实习offer！

学生开始实习后，服务团队着手筛选适合学生的全职岗位，进行全职岗位推送工作。

学生获得美国领先的能源企业Tenaska面试后，服务团队邀请了来自Amazon的高级项目经理T导师和企业内部M导师，为学生提供了详细而有针对性的面试辅导，帮助学生在诸多竞争者中脱颖而出。

最终，通过学生的不懈努力和服务团队的全程支持，学生成功地获得了一份令人满意的全职职位，年薪高达$60,000，并且公司还为学生提供了H1B抽签机会，为学生的职业生涯增添了更多的可能性！
