  • Benefit Administration
  • Claims(WC, LOA, EDD, Disability) Processing
  • Employee Relations & Investigations
  • Labor & employment law compliance
  • Recruitment & New Hire Onboarding
  • HRIS data entry & processing
  • Manage and Regularly updates Employee information
  • Coordinating Event Planning of Company-wide HR events
  • Familiarity and Proficiency in running Ad-Hoc Reports for HR/Payroll data analysis
  • Other Duties as Assigned
  • Front Desk Reception coverage as needed
  • Periodic special projects and duties may be assigned based on Company need and requirements


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • BA in Psychology, Human Resources Management related fields
  • Process oriented
  • Time management skills & strong organization skills
  • Able towork holidays if needed
  • Chinese language skill is highly desirable
