Position Summary Synapsum is the SaaS analytics product arm of eShipping, a managed transportation company. The Business Intelligence Developer will work with Synapsum’s Head of Data & Analytics and eShipping Solutions, technology, and sales teams on business intelligence product development and systems innovation. The Business Intelligence Developer will perform hands-on work including onboarding new customers, querying our multi-tenant database and semantic model to answer business problems, designing new product features, and enabling business intelligence through a multi-tenant SaaS solution. This role is hands-on, strategic, and fast-paced.
