The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world’s first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal intern to join our high-powered team.
Diversity and Inclusion Data Analyst will support preparation of quarterly reports for business units, including representation, hiring and exits. Identify trends, red flags, make recommendations. May work on benchmarking projects and other related data finding activities. Create an organizing framework to clearly communicate data analytics.

To start in March 2021 part time moving to full time in summer / June timeframe. Preferable 9-12 months internship however there is flexibility in the term.
Qualifications
You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. Intel sponsors individuals for employment-based visas for positions where we experience a shortage of US Workers. These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master’s or PhD degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with three years’ related job experience. This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a Bachelor’s degree and less than three years’ experience.
Minimum Requirements
The candidate must be pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6+ months experience in:
- Advance Excel skill (pivot tables, basic programming and/or graphing, etc).
- Data Base experience.
- Experience with Power Point (advanced) and/or preparing presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience Power BI.
- Basic scripting skills such as Python, C/C++ for basic data manipulation is an advantage.
